Returns & Refunds Policy

1Return Policy Overview
At Sirbcare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law (Article 13), you have the right to return eligible items within 7 days of delivery without needing to provide a reason.
Items must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• In original, sealed packaging with safety seals intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
As a health supplement store, certain products cannot be returned once opened due to health and safety regulations (SFDA guidelines).
2Eligible & Non-Eligible Items
Returnable items (within 7 days of delivery):
• Sealed, unopened dietary supplements and teas
• Sealed healthcare products with safety seal intact
• Products with damaged packaging upon receipt
• Items shipped incorrectly (different from what was ordered)
• Defective or expired products (regardless of opened status)
Non-returnable items:
• Opened or used supplements and health products (health & safety)
• Products with broken safety seals
• Products without original packaging
Note: Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items are always eligible for return or replacement regardless of the above restrictions.
3Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery at info@sirbcare.com.sa
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive a return authorization and return shipping label
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
5. A return pickup will be arranged through OTO at no cost to you
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we approve and initiate your refund within 1-2 business days — see the Refunds section below for how long it takes to appear by payment method.
4Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, securely through Moyasar (our payment gateway) or Tamara.
Stage 1 — Our review: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we approve and initiate your refund within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email the moment it's initiated.
Stage 2 — Time to appear in your account (this is set by your payment provider, not by us):
• Mada: 1-3 business days
• Visa / Mastercard / Apple Pay: up to 14 business days, depending on your bank
• Tamara: refunded to your Tamara account within 3-5 business days
If your refund hasn't appeared after these timeframes, contact us at info@sirbcare.com.sa and we'll trace it with the provider.
5Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges for:
• Wrong items shipped
• Damaged products received
• Different variant of the same product (if available)
To request an exchange:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
2. Send photos of the issue (for damaged items)
3. We'll arrange a free pickup through OTO
4. The replacement will be shipped at no additional cost
Exchanges are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the returned item.
6Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
1. Take photos of the damage and packaging
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
3. Do not use the product
4. Keep all packaging and labels
We will arrange for:
• Free pickup of the damaged item
• Immediate replacement at no cost
• Full refund if replacement is unavailable
