1Our Mission
At Sirbcare, we publish health and wellness content for adult consumers in Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf region. Our goal is simple: provide accurate, evidence-based information about the ingredients and topics relevant to our products — in a voice that respects Saudi culture and speaks to everyday life.
We do not claim to treat, cure, or diagnose any medical condition. Our content is educational. When symptoms warrant medical attention, we say so.
2Source Selection
Every health claim in our content is backed by at least one citation from an approved source. Our tiered source list:
• Tier 1 (primary): peer-reviewed journals indexed in PubMed, PubMed Central, Cochrane Library
• Tier 1 (regulatory): European Medicines Agency (EMA) monographs, World Health Organization (WHO) monographs, Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) guidance, US National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Tier 2 (supporting): systematic reviews and meta-analyses from recognized medical publishers
We do not cite blogs, forums, commercial wellness sites, or unverified secondary sources.
Freshness rules:
• Randomized clinical trials: prefer within 15 years, supplemented by systematic reviews where available
• Regulatory monographs: current version at time of review
• Systematic reviews: prefer within 10 years
When older sources are cited, it is because they remain the authoritative reference (for example, EMA monographs that have not been superseded).
3Review Process
Every health content piece passes through:
1. Draft — written against a research brief by a member of the Sirbcare Health Team
2. Source verification — every citation is checked against the original publication, not paraphrased summaries
3. YMYL compliance review — the content is scored against our internal YMYL checklist covering: prohibited clinical language, required disclaimers, citation completeness, adults-only framing (for Septiloz products), allergen and interaction flags
4. Editorial review — reviewed by a second team member for clarity, brand voice, and Saudi cultural appropriateness
5. Publish with byline — the piece is published with "Sirbcare Health Team" byline and a visible "Last reviewed" date
All content carries a Next Review date. We re-review published content on a 90-day cycle by default, or immediately when significant new evidence is published, regulatory guidance changes, or a reader report indicates an error.
4Updates and Corrections
When we update content, we indicate the update date clearly on the page. Factual corrections are made promptly and include a brief note at the bottom of the article describing what changed and when.
If you find an error in our content, please email us at health@sirbcare.com.sa. We take every report seriously and respond within 48 business hours.
5Commercial Disclosure
Sirbcare is a commercial brand. Our content is educational but, where relevant, mentions our products (such as Septiloz lozenges). When a piece discusses an ingredient that is featured in a Sirbcare product, we disclose the commercial relationship clearly.
Our content is not sponsored by external parties. We do not accept paid placements from third-party supplement, pharmaceutical, or medical-device companies.
